Orders that are done and payment confirmed before 16: 00 by Ideal, Icepay will be sent the same day by mail, provided that stock. Orders placed on Friday after 16.00 and in the weekend will be sent on Monday.

Temporarily sold out articles are listed on the site. Cakes by Bien does not back orders. If an article are sold out after placing an order Cakes by Bien will contact you as soon as possible.

Cakes by Bien uses PostNL to send orders. Most articles are regular mail which is why the shipping cost can be kept low.
